AYEDOS provides three types of tokens: Interest Only, Annuity, and Maturity. Interest Only tokens offer regular interest payments, with the principal redeemed at maturity. Annuity tokens pay both principal and interest at agreed intervals over the investment term, fully recouping the principal and interest by maturity. Maturity tokens, whether discounted or at par value, provide lump-sum returns at maturity. These STOs are not limited to tangible assets, such as commercial real estate, residential housing units, public project bonds, and private project bonds, but also include intangible assets derived from various long-term assets like carbon credits from sustainable afforestation and mortgage receivables.
